Meet the Team

  • Miranda Klatt

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Miranda is a former personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her passion for fitness started when she realized that exercise helped reduce her anxiety and panic attacks. It became her mission to change the way people viewed exercise. As a trainer she encourages people to find movement that brings them joy and focus on how they feel instead of how they look. “I feel called to serve people in our community who are struggling with mental health, and healing from trauma. “

She is also a mom to three amazing, energetic boys. She has a love for adventure and nature. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock collecting, gardening, and treasure hunting at rummage sales. She has lived in North Dakota her whole life, and is excited to continue to serve her community.

  • Sargianna Wutzke

    PRESIDENT

Sargianna is originally from New England, ND, and is the Lead Operations Officer at Community Options, an agency that provides services for people with developmental disabilities. Sargianna also is the founder and Executive Director of Arts for All and the Communications Director at Surprise Church.

Sargianna’s true passion is helping impact underserved populations as well as non-profits in our community. She does this by being a committee member with The Mercy Box, BisMan Stilettos, and the Bismarck Human Relations Committee.

Sargianna is honored to be a part of the Fit 4 Victory board as she realizes what an important outlet exercise can be for those struggling with mental health or addiction issues.

In her spare time, Sargianna enjoys reading and writing as well as being a conference speaker with her talks assisting people to find a way to live out their passions. Sargianna is the proud mother of Jasmine and Jordan who have given her only a few grey hairs.

  • DesaRae Barreth

    TREASURER

What drew me to this amazing group was their passion, dedication, and perseverance in helping those in our communities. My favorite quote as to how best describe Fit 4 Victory: helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person (anonymous).

I have a growth mindset which has helped me pursue my goals in becoming a massage therapist, small business owner, board member, and work in the human resources field. My hobbies include: roller blading, kayaking, bouchée ball, volleyball, and boating. I am also a mom of two adorable yorkies, Tank and Toby.

  • Jeremy Fettig

    SECRETARY

Jeremy was born and raised in Bismarck and graduated from St. Mary’s High School and the University of Mary. He has worked in healthcare marketing at CHI St. Alexius Health for more than ten years, focusing primarily on digital, social media, event planning, publications, sponsorships, and public relations.

He likes to be involved in the community and has a passion for mental health, addiction awareness, and the power of exercise for recovery. He is involved with GYS Track Club, the Bismarck Marathon, and attends running events in the community.

Jeremy started getting into running eight years ago to better himself and his mental health, and he hasn’t looked back since. He’s run several races including the Bismarck Marathon, Fargo Marathon, Las Vegas Half Marathon, Chicago Marathon, and the Dopey Challenge at Walt Disney World.

“I believe if you can open as many doors of opportunity as you can for people, especially for those struggling with mental health or addiction issues, the chance not only for them but for the entire community to flourish is endless. Much like how I was given the chance to make a change in my life, it is an honor and blessing to lend my hand and voice to lift others up and give back. It’s never too late for recovery and to change your life. I’m excited and honored to be a part of Fit 4 Victory.”

In his spare time, Jeremy can be found running on the trails along the Missouri River, spending time with family and friends; especially Luna, Yoshi, and his nephews Zachary and Joseph.

  • Tim Lucas

    BOARD MEMBER

Tim is the pastor of a local church and serves as a chaplain to the Bismarck Bobcats, Larks and Bucks. He also works with the addiction recovery community. He grew up in Bismarck, but has lived and traveled many places in his life. A student of life, he continues to try to learn and grow every day. He enjoys being outdoors, reading and traveling.

"I know the positive impact that exercise has on our body AND our mind. The opportunity to connect people to that positive environment can be a critical piece in changing direction and providing hope to someone who needs it. I personally know many of the trainers and instructors that are excited to make this dream a reality and they are all amazing in their own right. When I was asked to be a board member, it was an easy decision."
