I wanted people to use exercise as a tool to help them cope with trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression rather than just using it for weight loss. In my pursuit I found that the people I wanted to help were usually not able to afford my services. So I decided to figure out a way to fill that gap and make exercise services available to anyone in need. It also helps the body lower stress hormones such as cortisol. It helps the brain produce serotonin which is the neurotransmitter targeted by Antidepressants. Because of this, it can also act as a form of medication for some people. Running, lifting weights, Yoga, or any other form of exercise requires a certain amount of focus.
